At Laser Wolf USA LLC, we provide precision laser engraving and marking services for both custom products and small-scale industrial applications. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms: 

All work is performed based on the details provided by the customer, including design files, specifications, materials, and instructions.

All orders—custom, personalized, or industrial—are considered final once approved and processed.

 Due to the nature of laser engraving and marking:

• All items are made to order 
• Variations may occur depending on material, surface, and process 
• Results may differ slightly from previews or mockups 

These variations are normal and not considered defects.

 Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate designs, spelling, measurements, and specifications 
• Reviewing and approving all submitted details before production 
• Ensuring compatibility of materials (if customer-supplied) 

Laser Wolf USA LLC is not responsible for errors provided or approved by the customer.

When working on customer-supplied materials or parts:

• We are not responsible for material defects, coating inconsistencies, or unknown compositions 
• Laser marking may produce varying results depending on material properties 
• There is a risk of damage, discoloration, or unintended effects 

By submitting items, the customer accepts these risks.

All orders are final.

We do not offer returns or refunds unless:

• The item is defective due to our error, or 
• The delivered result significantly differs from the approved scope 

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed and may vary based on workload, project complexity, and material availability.

We are not responsible for:

• Shipping delays 
• Carrier damage after shipment (claims handled accordingly) 

Payment is required before or upon completion of services, as agreed.

Online payments are for approved projects and issued invoices only.

We reserve the right to photograph and display completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

No personal or sensitive information will be shared.

Clients may request exclusion in writing prior to project completion.

By submitting designs, logos, or files, you confirm you have the legal right to use them.

Laser Wolf USA LLC is not liable for:

• Copyright violations 
• Trademark issues 
• Unauthorized use of submitted content 

Laser Wolf USA LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

We are not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 
• Loss of business, production delays, or third-party impact
