Custom & Marking Work

All work performed by Laser Wolf USA LLC is made to order, including custom engraving and industrial marking services.

Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds unless:

• The item is defective due to our error, or
• The result significantly differs from the approved project details

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the issue

We will review the case and, if applicable, repair, replace, or correct the item.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate spelling, measurements, and specifications
• Submitting correct designs and files
• Reviewing and approving all details before production

Laser Wolf USA LLC is not responsible for errors provided or approved by the customer.

Materials & Customer-Supplied Items

When working with customer-supplied materials or parts:

• Results may vary depending on material type, coating, and composition
• There is a risk of discoloration, variation, or unintended effects
• We are not responsible for material defects or inconsistencies

By submitting materials, the customer accepts these risks.

Product & Marking Variations

Due to the laser marking process and material differences, slight variations in:

• Color
• Depth
• Finish

may occur and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Work

All custom, personalized, and marked items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers; however, we will assist in resolving issues when possible.
